Salman Khalid: We base our Programming Operations in Pakistan due to the emerging talent that continues to stream from the universities. As our needs grow we plan to create various internships and associate development programs geared towards finding and retaining great talent.

Salman Khalid: We are lean and mean (so to speak), and keep our company overhead to an absolute minimum. With virtual employees we are able to keep ours costs in line.

Salman Khalid: It starts with balance. Work hard, be fully committed to your workplace, strive to succeed and learn, always be respectful, and never be too serious.

Salman Khalid: We are a technology company that uses available resources to increase efficiency. This efficiency allows us to work smarter, not longer. By working from home, most of our employees can take advantage of managing their time all by the comforts of their one house.

Salman Khalid: In today’s workplace and economy, the situation of online recruitment is both positive and critical. Employee turnover is always difficult and costly. The better the talent you can attract and retain, the better it will be for the company will be in the long run.

Salman Khalid: ROZEE.PK has helped the recruitment process at Premier POS tremendously. We have been using Job Postings and CV Search Engines for years, and will continue to do so in the future.
