  3. I agree with the above article only as a good article to read. But, in reality, it is too much impossible to see the above applications in shape of practice in any organization. There are so many factors involved in any Pakistani organization of failure of teamwork spirits like the professional jealousy, insecure feelings among the colleagues, inferior complex, abilities measurements and highlights of weaknesses. The other major factor is the employer’s negligence in favor of competent employees. To establish the teamwork successfully, employer needs to go through the employees’ proactive approaches and their performances, and when they needs the encouragements and rewards, understand their psychology and should also define the rules and regulations etc. There is no existence of Teamwork in majority of companies that’s why the premature switching ratio is too much high. The first step is to read the employees’ psychology and fulfill their rights, necessities and requirements then the result might be obtained.

  4. I would agree with you one hundred percent, but sometimes this idea does not work that well. Especially, when you try to get out something from two different kind of professionals while keeping them on the same project. I think it should be Project Manager or any other team maker’s responsibility to assign the project to the only concerned personals. Yes, sometimes you can engage some new employees having same background and prerequisites to make them future professionals. Overall, I agree with you but I thought this must be included in your article.

  6. Very nice article, indeed. However, you have sketched an ideal team which never exists, in practical. I would like to suggest some tips to avoid internal politics, like when you are doing well and some colleagues’ insecurity causes him/her to pull your leg.

    Like, how to behave in a team in such scenario to achieve your goals, profit the company and still be able to keep good healthy relations with your opponents. Think Win Win!, keep good relations with your direct managers, keep your managers informed about your all responsibilities assigned to you by your colleagues, communicate properly, be confident, don’t be a deaf and blind, stand for your rights, take stand on principles yet be political when required and the list goes on. That is the real subject one would want to know to become a good team member.
