Q. 1. What makes your company an attractive employer for the job seekers?

Mr. Asif Ali: We, at Anab (Pvt) Ltd. always focus on young energetic professionals, though they don’t have much experience, but courage to achieve the goals.  We lead them towards their destiny with keen cooperation, supervision, moral & professional guidance.  Uniquely, we are one of very few organizations which is not asking for a long experience while hiring the people.

Q. 2. What is your strategy on work-life balance and how do you achieve this balance yourself?

Mr. Asif Ali: We try to understand the psyche and key skills of our workers, we let them play their game with out interruption, and unknowingly polish their skills and make them gutsy to manage their duties as well as rest of life matters.

Q. 3. Do you believe that Pakistani universities are creating an effective talent pool and what is your company’s strategy to attract the best talent in Pakistan?

Mr. Asif Ali: Al though, I am not very happy with the medium of coaching and instruction in Pakistani universities but I don’t have any doubt on youth graduated from there.  As they try to put their best what they’ve learnt.  Now its responsibility of educational institutions, government & concerned departments to facilitate them up to international standards, build their capacity at the certain level that they can survive in the job market.

Q. 4. Due to rough economic situation and soaring price rise, how does your company deal with keeping itself cost effective and attractive for job seekers?

Mr. Asif Ali: We always push them for hard and smart work during the job timings which helps them to raise their package and to stable their economic conditions; we have several performance bonuses and different activities which keeps heavy and attractive commission packages for our employees

Q. 5. What are, in your views, the basic principles of success in a professional life?

Mr. Asif Ali: To gain the trust of the customers (which is very necessary) commitment and honest, wiser and in-time decision making, passion, sensation and obsession towards duties are my basic principles in my professional life

Q. 6. Human Resources are the first causalities of an economic slowdown. What is your company’s strategy to deal with this challenge?

Mr. Asif Ali: As I’ve mentioned earlier in the answer of you question that we are not those people who creates fuss in the market, and just lead down the new comers because of the experience sort of things.  Being part of this society its our moral, I would rather say professional duty to resource our young professionals efficiently and perfectly.

Q. 7. As far as industry linkages are concerned do you feel that the industry will continue to support academia?

Mr. Asif Ali: We are having a philosophy that lose hope means loss of life, its almost death so we are still confident in these bitter conditions, things would be on path but it would take some extra time.

Mr. Asif Ali: As world has become a global village so the importance e-activities is much higher than other mediums.  First of all I would like to appreciate the efforts of ROZEE.PK being a pioneer in e-recruitment and taking a bold step to have these sorts of activities.  All the developed and emerging nations has online recruitment system which almost necessity of this era.

Mr. Asif Ali: HRM has a great scope in Pakistan, as we still need to be more technology and systematic nation, so I would rate the HRM as one of the top growing professions.

Mr. Asif Ali: I’ve earned my final degree in Philosophy from University of Punjab; I’ve ADSE from Applied Technologies New Jersey US, Capacity building trainings in various countries, few Short courses in leadership skills from Germany & Singapore.
