Mr. Zeeshan Chaudhary: We offer a very congenial environment in addition to providing a professional environment. We believe in creating long term relations with our employees hence we hire them after a series of interviews and test their skills by putting them on probation period for some time, before making them a regular employee if they live up to our expectations. Apart from this, our company offers a friendly environment.

Mr. Zeeshan Chaudhary: I believe that one should stick with whatever he or she commits himself or herself with. This is the perfect way to achieve a balance between your professional and personal life. There is a time to play and there is a time to work. One should not mix them together.

Mr. Zeeshan Chaudhary: Yes, I think Pakistani Universities are playing an important role in polishing the talent of our youth and they should ensure that all possible steps should be taken towards the betterment of this country. Our company’s strategy is simple, if you are professional minded and sincere to your work, we are ready to hire you.

Mr. Zeeshan Chaudhary: We basically believe in setting our priorities straight, in today’s recession struck world, it gets a bit difficult to keep yourself steady at times, but our company has managed to survive well and our employees have no issues from us.

Mr. Zeeshan Chaudhary: The most basic principle is to stay committed to your work and learn to take responsibility. Take your professional life seriously and with full dedication, struggle to achieve the heights. Sometimes you are up and sometimes you are down, try to be adaptable and accept the changes.
