Mr. Ehsan Ul Ahad: I must say that a clear direction and planning in terms of career objectives is the most important. Professional life demands adaptability into prevailing circumstances along with continuous upgradation of skills set that you require for performing well within the assigned role. Mr. Ehsan Ul Ahad: I had the great opportunity in 2001 to get my Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of the Punjab. Before that I had done my Bachelors in commerce. I feel this has been the core qualification that has really helped me in improving my learning curve.  However, in continuation to improve my qualification further I have completed the course work in 2007 for Ms. in Total Quality Management as well.
