Mr. Kamran Sadiq: In my view, the basic principles of success in a professional life are commitment and hard work.

Q. 2. Tell us about your educational life?

Mr. Kamran Sadiq: I have done Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Pakistan Institute of Management (PIM). I achieved my Bachelors degree in commerce from the University of Punjab, Lahore.

Mr. Kamran Sadiq: Human Resource Management is gradually moving on in Pakistan. There are many companies that have proper Human Resource Departments; still things need to improve a lot more for Human Resources to flourish properly.

Mr. Kamran Sadiq: Always ready to accept new challenges. Learn from mistakes and take advice from trusted ones.

Mr. Kamran Sadiq: When applicants show up late for the interviews or when they are not prepared well for the interviews.
