Ms. Ayesha Lari: Well, at Infotech it’s the other way round. Alhamdulillah! We have taken this tough time as an opportunity to prove ourselves more in the industry. Hiring is a continuous process at InfoTech Pvt ltd where we strive to locate, hire and retain the best. Consequently, filtering the ones who cannot take up the challenge in the competitive times.

Here at InfoTech, a keen planning has been done keeping in view the ongoing and future business spread over and its need for human resources. Internally chances have been given to individuals to multitask and try themselves in other areas of their interest.

Ms. Ayesha Lari: I personally think that people should follow their dreams and should select their field right at the time they pass out from their secondary schooling. Later one can master his/her opted professional style in the chosen field.

One should stay composed and remain vigilant while meeting someone in the professional arena. Be watchful to grab the right piece of cake and become open to any and every challenge coming your way.
